PC 2000 SA is a semi automatic pharmaceutical package core cutter with the following features:
1.10" high resolution color touch screen with diagnostics
The large color touchscreen provides an easy interface for this Automatic fast core cutter
2. High speed for large volume core production
Both the cut pressure and the cut time can be optimised for any given core type allowing the maximum production rate.
3. Clean edge cut (without burr)
Hansoar Machinery uses a metal anvil that minimizes any grooving and it can be periodically rotated to a new position to maximise its life. It is much better than using plastic anvils, because plastic anvils will soon become grooved causing a burr to form on the inside of the core.
4. Extremely precise cut length control | Cutting length accuracy:+/- 0.2 mm
The core is indexed forward to the new cut position using a high precision ball screw with servo control of the indexing. This allows movement to micron accuracy. Unlike belt driven systems, the accuracy does not diminish with time.
5. Safe to operate
The whole machine has all covers with glass window as European machines ,so it is very safe to operate and it is anti-dust.
