Precautions For Paper Tube Machine Operation.

The paper tube machine must pay attention to safety during operation. There are many small details to be noted when using the paper tube machine. If you ignore these small details, there will be some dangers. What should we pay attention to when operating the paper tube machine?

1. The spindle speed of the paper tube machine must be changed after the machine is stopped. The gears are fully engaged when changing speed. If the machine tool is found to be abnormal, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

2. Before cutting, adjust the cutter and clamp the working object. The parking baffle shall be fixed and can only be operated after being clamped, loosened, tested forward and backward.

3. When the paper tube machine tool is rotating, no part of the human body shall contact the transmission parts. During operation, the cuffs shall be tied and gloves are strictly prohibited.

4. When changing the tool, measuring the workpiece, lubricating and cleaning the pipe head, the machine must be stopped before proceeding, and no one should stand in the direction of workpiece feeding and discharging.

5. When cutting the pipe head, prevent the pipe head from flying out and hurting people.

6. When the long pipe is put into the material rack and the binding lead wire is loosened, measures shall be taken to prevent the pipe from rolling, impacting and crushing.
