- All slitting machines adopt circular knife + razor knife dual cutting system. Circular knife cutting generates no dust for hot stamping foil & cold foil, avoiding dust impact on post-printing processes.
- Standard 1-inch & 3-inch core rewinding; 6-inch core optional. Ideal for all hot stamping foil slitting applications.
- Guaranteed high speed up to 500 m/min. 250 m/min still available for 1-inch core rewinding for high productivity.
- Processes 6μm–30μm hot stamping foil and cold foil, Rewinding capacity: 12,000–26,000 meters.
- follow-up contact roller prevents wrinkles even in narrow roll slitting or full-width rewinding.
- Equipped with closed-loop tension system, realizing real-time tension monitoring and automatic adjustment to keep stable web tension throughout slitting & rewinding.
