1. Separate Unwinder
1). Air brake, cooperated with load cell close looptension system
2). 3" and 6" core shaftless,takes maximum 1.5 Tons weight
3). Hydraulic lifting unit picks up max. 1.5 Tons jumbo roll from floor
4). Motorized jumbo roll position lateral adjustment for easier jumbo roll loading
5). EPC ultrasonic edge guider to track material edge, guarantee material goes into machine straight and rewind flat edge rolls
6). Material joint table help joint new jumbo roll with straight line
7). Unwinder touch screen for easy work at unwinder side

4). Modern back-ward contact rollers, help produce perfect rolls without wrinkles.
5). Servo motorized Laser core position unit help set new paper cores precisely and quickly, start next run faster
5. Motorized Pusher System + Pneumatic Unloading Tree
Motorized automatic pushers system will automatically push the heavy rolls out to the pneumatic unloading tree, the pneumatic unloading tree can turn from vertical position to horizontal position, making the unload work easier.
