Paper Tube Machinery And Equipment Manufacturers Teach You How To Save The Base Paper.

Sep 24, 2022

At present, people pay more and more attention to the quality of the paper tube, so the quality of the base paper is also improved. Poor quality will affect the production efficiency of the paper tube machinery and equipment. The following paper tube machinery and equipment manufacturers teach you how to save the base paper:

Base paper has strong hygroscopic properties, and it is very sensitive to air humidity. When the base paper is damp, the moisture will increase significantly. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in the inventory and storage of the base paper. From the perspective of moisture resistance, when the base paper is stacked, it should be raised with a wooden frame, and the distance from the ground should be greater than 25cm, and it should not be too close to the wall, and the distance should not be less than 40cm. Therefore, the editor here reminds everyone: the place where the base paper is stacked must be kept clean, dry, and well ventilated. It should be noted that the base paper should not be blindly stacked in a damp place. The temperature of the warehouse where the base paper is stored should be controlled between 20-25°C, and the relative humidity of the environment should be better controlled between 60%-70%.

How to avoid blistering in the labeling of the paper tube of the Yi Neng paper tube machine

In the process of using the paper tube labeling blister of Yineng paper tube machine, the phenomenon of labeling blistering will inevitably occur, which will seriously affect the appearance and the quality of the product, so how can we avoid it?

When the Ineng paper tube machine is used for labeling, since the label is immediately attached to the paper tube, there is no problem with the appearance at the beginning of the labeling. However, because the drying of the paper tube is too low, the paper tube will further dry and shrink after labeling, but the shrinkage coefficient of the label is much less than that of the paper tube, so a shrinkage difference, that is, tension, is formed between the label and the paper tube. The tension is not enough to separate the label and the paper tube, but due to the equipment technology, in order to facilitate the peeling of the label, there is an annular space with a width of 1.9MM at an interval of about 3CM and a width of 1.9MM on the surface of the label after gluing. These annular areas separate the label from the tube due to tension, appearing as blisters.

Hot-melt adhesives, referred to as hot-melt adhesives, are solid at room temperature, and only become liquid when heated. Only after coating and fast pressing can the adherends be firmly bonded. The critical temperature is generally 150-180 degrees Celsius. Since it will cool down when it encounters water and moisture, and it will quickly solidify and lose its viscosity, the adherend must not contain water and moisture.
