Today, a domestic customer visited our factory to conduct pre-shipment performance testing on their ordered HS1600 high-speed hot stamping foil machine.The test adopted 12μm hot stamping foil as raw material, with a rewinding speed set at 450m/min with 76mm and 152mm inner diameter paper core.
The customer gave full recognition to our slitting performance: Equipped with CNC precision slitting system, the machine achieves ultra-small dimensional tolerance. It produces smooth cutting surfaces free of burrs, scratches and edge warping.The whole rewinding process adopts constant tension control, ensuring uniform and compact winding.
