The production steps of the slitting machine are as follows:

Step 1: Adjust the handwheel on the knife seat shaft to separate the knife seat shaft from the blade shaft, loosen the fixing device of the blade shaft, install the corresponding number of blades and fix the blade shaft again;

Step 2: Remove the fixing devices on both sides of the knife seat shaft, remove the knife seat shaft, and adjust the distance between the knife seats according to the size of the slitting product required by the slitting plan;

Step 3. Adjust the handwheel on the shaft of the blade shaft to align the blade on the shaft with the groove on the blade holder, and then slowly lower the shaft of the blade through the handwheel on the shaft of the blade. Pay attention to the blade and the groove during the lowering process. There is a gap, try to put the blade in the center, and the lowering process should not be too fast, so as not to damage the blade if the blade is not placed in the slot. Finally, fix the fixing screws at both ends of the blade shaft to prevent the blade from running out of the slot at high speed or at the material joint.

Step 4: Loosen the fixing screws at both ends of the unwinding reel, install the material to be cut and fix it with screws, adjust the position of the material, and fix it with air.

Step 5: Turn on the main power of the machine.
