Basic cleaning of rewinder includes:
1. After the rewinder is shut down, the metering part should be cleaned in time. For example, sugar, Banlangen powder, salt, etc. should be packed, and the discharge tray and rotary table should be cleaned in each shift to prevent corrosion;
2. For the heat sealer body, it should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the sealing texture of rewinder is clear;
3. Photoelectric tracking light head, or electric eye, should also be cleaned regularly to ensure small error of cursor tracking;
4. The materials scattered on the tray should be cleaned up in time to keep the parts clean;
5. Clean the dust in the electric control box regularly to prevent poor contact and other faults.
