What is a rewinder?
Rewinder is a kind of special equipment for paper, film and so on. Its purpose is to rewind the paper roll (called base roll) produced by paper machine in turn. After rewinding, the paper will be made into finished paper. At present, the rewinder with AC drive instead of DC drive in the paper machinery industry has become a development trend.
The paper roll produced by the winder is relatively soft, and may be damaged or broken inside. The edges on both sides are irregular and the width of the paper web is too large to be used directly in paper processing or printing machines. Most kinds of paper (such as newsprint, relief printing paper, packaging paper, etc.) must be cut, slitted, spliced by the rewinder, and rewound on the core of the paper roll to meet certain specifications and tightness requirements Only the finished paper roll can leave the factory.
The rewinding process mainly completes three tasks: first, remove the raw edge of the base paper; second, cut the whole base paper into several widths that meet the user's specifications; third, control the roll diameter of the finished paper roll to make it meet the factory specifications.
Performance characteristics of rewinder
1. Rewinder adopts PC or manual control, reliable performance and high degree of automation. It can automatically identify wrong command and avoid accidents caused by wrong operation;
2. The pre programmed process can be locked, so that the operator can not change it without permission to ensure the quality of the products;
3. The rewinder has the functions of timing mold opening, automatic air release, automatic pressure supplement, etc;
4. Manual, automatic and electric operation modes are available;
5. The electric heating press adopts digital display (pointer type) temperature control to control and display the temperature of heating plate.
The rewinder should make the following preparations before commissioning
1. Add lubricating oil according to the requirements of equipment technical documents;
2. There should be a gap between the cutter shafts of the longitudinal device, and the size of the gap should meet the requirements of the technical documents of the equipment;
3. The piston rod of the ejector should be in the non working position;
4. Before assembling the rewinder, the product quality certificate shall be checked, and the specification and model of the equipment shall meet the requirements of the design documents. Inspection quantity: all inspection. Inspection method: check the certificate and inspect the equipment.
Precautions for operation and maintenance of rewinder:
Although the rewinder is small, it must be maintained and safeguarded by specially assigned personnel, and the operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the machine tool. It is strictly forbidden to use the circular rewinder under overload, and it is not allowed to shear hardened steel, hard steel, high speed steel, alloy steel, castings and non-metallic materials.
1. The edge of rewinder should be kept sharp, blunt or damaged, which should be polished or replaced in time. When more than one person operates, there should be a special person to direct and coordinate the cooperation. It is forbidden to cut two kinds of materials with different specifications at the same time on the rewinder, and overlapping cutting is not allowed;
2. The workpieces cut by rewinder must be placed stably, not piled too high, and not stacked on the aisle. The leftover materials and waste materials should be cleaned up in time to keep the site clean and tidy.
Analysis on the causes of abnormal operation of rewinder
1. The first common abnormality of rewinder is that the length of the core tube is correct. After the core tube goes down to the front track, the trolley does not push the core tube to the corresponding position of the back section, and the core tube is overstocked in the front section, and the tube loading stops automatically. Cause of abnormality: unknown (no abnormality is found in instrument control inspection). Solution: this batch of tubes are loaded manually, the cutting tool is changed online, the order of meter reading is changed down, or the width is changed to ± 1-2mm (the latter is usually selected to facilitate the core tube operator), then reset, and the next batch of tubes are loaded automatically.
Generally, one online tool change is enough. This class has tried to change the tool continuously for three times at most. The last class used it normally. It is suspected that it may be a problem with the program.
2. The second common abnormality of rewinder is correct knife change, the core tube has reached the ready position, and the sensing limit also senses the core tube, but it does not start to automatically lower the tube. Solution: reset, this batch of manual tube feeding, online knife changing, when the knife is successfully manually feeding, check whether the limit near the position of the tube pushing car is interfered by the damaged paper, after checking OK, drive, speed up and then reset, automatic, it should be OK.
3. The operator did not pay attention to the tube loading too fast. When there was a tube in the track, the data was reset and cleared, and the next batch of core tubes was automatically generated, which led to the protection alarm of the tube pushing trolley motor. Don't worry. After the paper is laid down, take out all the core tubes in the track, and manually turn the tube pushing car to the initial position on the inner touch screen to remove the abnormality
