HS1600S Pharmaceutical Aluminum Foil Slitter is specialized in slitting rewinding various aluminium foils,foil laminates. The machine uses full Siemens servo system with Siemens HMI, with closed looptension control system, stable, precise. It uses separate unwinder layout, handling heavy jumbo roll up to 1.5 Tons. There are many automatic functions on this machine, like fully automatic circular knife positioning system, automatic laser core positioning system, automatic finished rolls pushers, automatic jumbo roll positioning, automatic finished rolls unloading tree etc,.all hese make the work easier for the operators.

3. HS1600S Pharmaceutical Aluminum Foil Slitter is fitted with most advanced closed-loop tension control system, real-time tension detection and automatic adjustment are realized. Stable tension is maintained during high-speed running and start-stop to avoid material stretching, wrinkling and breakage, delivering high slitting precision and better yield.
4. HS1600S Pharmaceutical Aluminum Foil Slitter equipped with follow-up pressure roller system (contact roller systerm), it automatically adjusts pressure according to roll diameter to exhaust inter-layer air, realizing tight winding with flat roll ends without bubbles or ribbing.
